With all this quarantine mess and everyone on lockdown. Whos all hitting the water this weekend? I figure this will be one of the busiest weekends in a long time on our waterways with everyone off.

It looks like the weather today should be perfect, but I have to work from home and they are doing conference calls so I am a prisoner.

If last weekend was any indication, launches will be packed again. I was able to go out one morning this week and more boats than most weekends were at the launch.

For me there is just something about being out on the water and leaving all the worries of whats going on around us.

That being said, hopefully will get in a Sunday afternoon trip for some green trout. Maybe run some jugs as well.

This.

We went out twice last sunday. 10am was great, maybe one other boat on the water.

3pm was not so great. We were cruising and went around a turn with 5 other boats because people just have to pass you and cant wait 15 second to see whats on the other side.

My fall back is a chinquapin bed I stumbled upon whilst fishing during the week. Some red worms and a few crawfish, and I should be able to catch every one of them.

I live on the water. Boat hangs under the house. They lock me in and I'll just drop it in the water to get out and get some fresh air. I'll be hitting the water with you

Fished a few times this week. I have never seen so many boats on the water during the weekdays.
