Ford but if you want a real deal look for one of those 2016 4x4 Titan XD diesels that have $13000 in factory rebates. I saw one today you could buy new for $41K

It used to be cut and dry like you posted, not anymore.

My old Lariat was more loaded than many King Ranches.

My old King Ranch did not have a sun roof whereas many Lariats do.

My current King Ranch has more options than many Platinums.

Compare options against options across different brands, not made up package names.

And motors, what do you want out of a truck?

I own a Tundra--best truck I have ever owned. 200K and not a wrench on it except for scheduled maintenance.

Yes BUT it is a Cummins and is very heavily discounted and the XD has a lot of towing and payload capacity,

Everyone on this board will recommend ford. Hard to go wrong with any of them though, they all have their plus and minuses.

I had a 1500 Laramie 4x4 for 5 years and 90,000 miles and no problems

And? What about the weak trans, diffs, AC, and other parts that will fail 10x faster than the motor, like any other modern truck?

Ford and GM have 1/2 tons boasting 12,000+ towing capacity. I did not realize the Cummins was more in the Titan.

I am curious how the new F150 eco 8 speed combo feels. I bet it's the fastest truck on the road.

After some minor annoyances with my F150, hard choice. I like the new gmc headlights and body.

Eco is now a 10 speed.

502A lariat and it's not even a question.

I went from a Chevy to a Ford about a month ago. Chevy was an absolute piece of shite. Ford blows it away so far.

Those older cheaper fords did suck, I agree. Newest fords are 5 years ahead of chevy's and dodges and 10+ years ahead of tundras.

That's because Toyota didn't built a POS that they are constantly trying to improve

Sure...

Let me know how that 1990's technology performs in today's world. Toyota stopped trying in 1996.

You can buy a 16 Titan with the diesel for very close to $40K with the current $13000 rebate.

It is just a deal anybody currently considering a truck would do well to look at.

I don't own one.
