I run my WiseEyes that are over 7 hrs away on 12v external batteries and they last for 7-8 months at a time. I don't have issues with them just stopping working...did you reach out to their Customer Success team?

Yes, they asked if I had the camera in hand.
Well NO, if I did I could fix it myself.
I used lithium batteries but not 12V, I may try that.

I’m not feeding. I’ve got cams on mineral licks. I’m inventorying right now. I ran a WiseEye in Kansas from September to January on lithium AA batteries. It was on a trail, so not constant pics. A solar panel will also work.
