Nutria sausage = One of the nastiest things I have ever ate.

Boiled chitins (Guts) with hot sauce /slice of onion/ bread
or
Mountain Oysters (Nuts) sliced thin and fried
=yummy to my tummy

Conch, after harvesting, cleaning and cooking it myself.
Delicious animal; very strange looking once you get it out of its shell.

Chitlins....I know its not weird but its through what the poop travels.

Bison/Buffalo...not sure, it was a burger.

Never ate gar, or Mountain Oysters. Would try the gar, but not nuts.

Ate a coot that smelled like fish one time.

I had kangaroo with pigeon as the appetizer in Scotland.
