If the dude is SELLING this boat and won't make the effort to clean it up BEFORE showing it to you I would suspect it has not been very well maintained. Would be very cautious .

He was planning on taking it to get detailed for around $400, change cranking battery, change out a rod holder and was gonna add all that to the price. I told him id buy as is and do it myself. He's tried cleaning them but couldn't take stains out.
