Upland bird hunting and home defense...
Thinking I am going to start stocking up on high cap. stuff due to the recent incident in AZ. I think the current gov'ment will use this to make guns and gun owners all seem like crazy nut jobs...

Last few gun purchases were total impulse buys.
WASR 10/63 GP underfolder (bought into Obama BS)
MPA-10 (always wanted a MAC)
Ruger LCP (for concealed carry)
M1 Garand
Only the LCP was bought for a specific purpose.

That's right, you have an AR. I would get those sights and some larger mags asap.

The best quality and price will come from the Civilian Marksmanship Program store. Just have to join a qualifying club like Louisiana Shooting Association and participate in a marksmanship activity (concealed carry course counts) fill out the paperwork and they will sell it direct to you no FFL. I bought mine from a local shop and it is a tawanese import rifle. I would like to have another one from CMP.

Most recent purchase was for hunting. The 3 prior to that were for home/personal defense.
