It is essentially in the city limits, good luck with poachers and taxes.

If it's in or near a municipal area, you probably won't be able to shoot rifles. I'm dealing with this on a tract of land I have.

I have been on that land before...

Boat launch touching corner of property ALL of wasahington parish hunts your land from that corner. 4 wheeler trails were made by locals NOT the current landowner trespassing is that bad. Land Floods, no timber.

in short, the EPA won't even allow you to hunt, fish and probably even stay on the property you own


dealing with that shite right now, i can't build anything on our property cause it is listed as a "federal wetland"

Hate to tell you but all of South LA is pretty much classified as "federal wetlands".

This the problem. "Conservation Reserve Program"

really can't do anything but hunt and fish. You can cut timber in wetlands but not in this program unless permission is given.

Oh, and whatever you do. If you find an arrowhead out there, promptly throw it the frick away and never sepak of it to anyone anywhere, or your place will be ransacked by archeologists and declared a historic site. You think dealing with wetlands is bad try that shite out.
