What is a good dealership/area to purchase a side by side utility vehicle. I'm looking in the south/central area of Louisiana. Thanks

You want a used one from a dealership? They are just very hard to come by and prices still high.

Two things I'd never buy used from an unknown source.....SXS or an outboard motor!

I bought a 2021 Kawasaki mule off of FB marketplace a few weeks ago. Guy was in a financial bind and paid him cash. Only buy from an Individual if the have title in hand. My guy had his because his dad paid it off for him.
Buying from a dealer you’re going to pay a premium for anything 2020 or newer. They are also going to tack on a bunch of bullshite fees as well.

If the dealership offers a warranty then I can see why you'd purchase from a dealership. If not, might as well try to find a private seller that's okay with a dealer or shop okaying it for you prior to the check going thru

I don’t know if there is a good dealership or area. They sure seem to be selling 2 year old ones with hundreds of hours for more than the original msrp and more than brand new even. Might as well buy new and you’ll know no one neglected to change the oil on time.

Yeah used in good shape are still pretty high. I've had a dealer want to buy my 21 RMAX4 1000 for what I bought it for.

2. Don't buy a Polaris.
Don’t buy the most popular, most capable, most powerful brand?
I think they all break. Especially Hondas, Can Ams, and Kawasakis. Put portals and giant tires and bury them in mud, and don’t change the engine oil or diff oil, and don’t wash off the contaminants, they will all break. You can do all of it right and still get a smoking Kawasaki engine or a Honda that won’t shift.

I am Team Yamaha. No one else on this board seems to be though.
My RMAX4 1000 is a beast and my Kodiak 700 EPS is a workhorse.

They all break, I have a 2020 Pioneer 1k5 with 700 miles and no issues and have buddies with Rangers with no issues. We all use them around the farm and for deer hunting. On trails, mud, etc., all will have problems.
