Call cops and start complaining more.

Call cops, shoot dog in your carport, cops arrive and deal with angry neighbor.

Problem solved.

Fortunately I've not had this problem. When I lived in town the dog catcher was only a phone call away. If they didn't keep their dogs "leashed" they were taken to the pound. $35 to recover said dog, after third time you don't get the dog back and it gets euthanized.

I grew up way out in the country and now live about 4 miles from there so when unwanted dogs show up they get taken out if they don't belong to kin folks or good neighbors. Goodluck with this problem brother. I can pitch in a 10 spot on the bail money.

Don't say a single word to the neighbor about the dogs. They will just have "run off" one day , never to return or be found.

This. Shoot, Shovel, and Shut Up.

You are legally able to perform a mass execution on the vicious pack of wild dogs that call your neighbor master. Every nobleman has the right to protect his property including his noble K-9 companion. If your neighbor is a dick you should shoot all the dogs with a high powered rifle in the back hams. They should be able to return to there masters house with grotesque injuries. Let dick head neighbor decide their fate. VET or DEATH

Some of you are pretty savage. Pellet guns? Poisoning? Shooting the legs?

I've been in the middle of a few of these types of disputes when it came to poisoning or maiming the dog. The law does not look favorably on these tactics and I can confirm that the poisoning is an especially horrible way for them to die. Do not make the animal suffer b/c the owner is a terrible person. Any time ive treated these dogs the animal control officers have expressed their intent to come down hard on both parties. If you have to shoot, shoot to kill. Based on my talks with them it is best to have documented complaints/concerns with the law before killing the animal.

I've already told you how to handle this. If you shoot those dogs get ready for court and possible arrest. If you make a complaint on the dogs for being aggressive they only have one more chance and the law will have them put to sleep or you can kill them in the act. YOU have to get your side to the cops first.

The way the animal lovers are now days you could get in serious trouble for shooting his dogs. My cousin was close to going to jail and had to pay a fine for shooting his neighbors dog that attacked his cat in his on yard.

LOL, no...

Courts don't care about dogs and it won't go anywhere. Went through this with a good friend that had his dog shot on someone else's property after it was able to escape his fence. Dog had no history of aggression and passed the canine good citizen test.

All the land owner had to say was the dog was aggressive to his children as there were no other witnesses and it was case closed. Friend was pissed, but nothing he could really do.
