My vet found her on a gravel road 4 years ago and I took her in until we could find her a home. We ended up keeping her, but now the situation is a lot different, and we can no longer do so. Which is why I'm trying to find her a new home.

I have. But based on the fact that she will not move while on a leash, I don't think this would be a good long term solution. And again, I don't have a house or yard to run a cable...

on 2/23/21 at 10:47 am to redstick13i have one of the 10x6 kennels spoken of on here. Have had my lab in it all of her life at my house. I put pavers as the floor so she can't dig. Have an iglooo in there, built a lean to roof covering with an L fence surrounding it. (it's up against corner of house)
