Be careful with fords online pricing . That's usually the price only if you finance through ford , have a ford trade in , and a few other stipulations .

This is true. Financing through Ford is no big deal, just re finance later.
BUT I saw a lot of 1500 added to the price if not trading in. It was still cheaper than most local but be sure to ask questions

I traded in my corolla and got the trade in bonus so I think these rebates should work

Is the eco boost engine an absolute must have?

$300 separates two models, one has four doors and the other has the eco boost with just extended cab

Sorry, both are V6, should have clarified

One is 2.7, other is 3.5

The non ecoboost V6 (283hp) has similar HP as the earlier 5.4 V8 F150s (260-300hp). If you tow the torque for the V6 (255 ftlbs) vs 5.4 (350 ftlbs) is considerably lower. If you don't tow it's reliable motor with decent fuel mileage and it will sound awful with aftermarket exhaust

Anyone know of any other type of mass volume dealership like this, maybe for Nissan or Toyota or another Ford site?
