If you were questioning an injury then it wouldn't be considered a "cull". It would be basically putting it out of it's misery. I think the deer is fine it's just a goofy picture

I don't think there is a deer that has ever been on this earth that you could say he was a cull as a 1 year old. When a deer reaches maturity is really the only way to tell. Culling really doesn't do anything other than ease your mind anyway. There have been many studies done on it and they have proven that there are just too many factors that go into it. Taking out a few bucks you see as inferior wouldn't make any noticeable impact on the deer heard

Did you even look at the f'n picture? shite man, pay attention.

Actually, that's exactly what it would be considered. Why let an injured animal that will never reach it's potential compete with healthy animals? I guess you could assume that it is a genetically superior animal that has simply sustained an injury and therefore leave him for breeding, but then you're gonna have to have a serious talk with the healthy deer of the heard and let them know the situation so they let the little cripple breed some does to pass on those genes.

That or you could just take it for what it is, a joke, and stfu. Either way you make me .

Not seeing anything, but I'd have to guess Bigfoot as he is always a blur.

You don't cull animals based on injuries. You may need to end their life to put them out of their misery but that's no cull. And like I said I think it's just a goofy pic. I've seen worse looking and the deer ended up being fine.
