The guy doesn't need to be a WL agent if he took your property and tried to replace it without your knowledge. There's crooked folks in all areas of life, law enforcement isn't immune. Guy doesn't need to be in the position of power with what he's doing. That's the type that would frame someone if it came down to protecting his arse.

I didn't even think you had to have orange in private land. Sounds and looks like a squirrely frick. I see your point on having an agent to be able to call and I think in this case a litlle blackmail would probably be your best bet. If you turn him in and he gets off easy, he will be trying to harass you and look for ways to write tix. So if you think you can get his job, go for it, but if not, just threaten him with legalities.

Yes I'm posting from the gym... 
I have to be careful about how I approach this because I'm only there a couple times a month. I have too much invested in stands, feeders, campers etc.. And I don't know what's happening when I'm not there. I don't want this shite to keep happening but this is my first year at this place and I'm not sure how the good ol' boys out here do things. If I push too hard I may cause unwanted trouble with the game wardens. If this is the end of it and we don't see this tool again, great. If we have more problems ill have to take it further.

What area? And the good ol' boys I know, would have fricked this guy up if they found pictures of him and his jacked up wife in their deer cams. And if a bunch of shite had been stolen, they may burn his house down.

I would get the guys number, call him up and ask him 3 questions:

That's a good question. Ill try to get his name. My buddy was so "sunshine and roses" about there conversation that I thought everything was fine but when you read/hear it it just doesn't add up.

They were definitely out looking to write some fricking tickets. I had one corned up spot they found out about... they were desperately trying to catch me there. They walked up to me mid hunt and checked me out. Never were assholes but definitely out looking to make some commissions.
