I'm also confused about the game warden / fisheries agent thing.
Was he a federal game warden & was fired from that job, then got a job with the state as a state fisheries agent? That's the best I could come up with...

He got fired by the state dept of wildlife fisheries and parks and then got his job back, through an appeal. Another complaint will not look good in his file.

I'm just waiting on a name conformation from the ticket. I want to be absolutely sure before I put in a complaint. I would hate to cause someone else trouble if they had no involvement.

Well i would think that the photos you have would pretty much put the nail in the coffin for this guy. Are you going to file a complaint online or will you be calling it in yourself?

Making sure you have the correct name makes the case that much stronger though. Either way this guy is gonna have a bit of explaining to do.

Be carefull this will be his response, and then all hell will break loose, you will be getting tickets for everything

I think this guy has hunted your lease for years, and will continue to do so for years to come.
I doubt you or your friends get shot over it though, as others have suggested.
I've been in some tense situations with poachers before but none that involved a warden as the poacher. Makes me wonder how that would shake out. Warden=Poacher=
