People think they don't survive that trap. But everyone I've seen lives at least til the ripe old age of .22.

I have heard of him but never had any correspondence with him. Funny thing is with the label trappers get ( cruel, heartless, etc.) in my experience 99% are really good people. I know this perception comes from the winner of the green jeans woodie but it's what I have found
As for trapping otters I normally have water sets out by now but for some unknown reason ( maybe laziness) I have yet to set one. They are pretty scarce around here but I still manage to pick up 2 or 3 a year. They are going for a premium right now I was told today that a good one would bring 90$

Yeah that's what I said but I think I will wait a day or two ( waders have a little leak) tried to fix with shoe goo but now they leak worse. Guess I should have used flex seal

My family has 40 acres off Kraft Rd., never seen a fox out there. Maybe I should set up some cameras and see what's moving around.

I know every person that lives on kraft road.

Ive had a camera in this spot for 5 years and this is first time i got foxes. I actually ran into a red fox when i was 12 or so walking in the woods with a pellet gun. I was so scared i didnt move until he was out of sight

I've got plenty of mink in my crawfish fields. Very hard to trap. I catch a few but not putting a dent in them. I don't have much trapping experience but need some for these guys.
