Trailer tire & rim - where to buy

Where can I go buy a spare trailer tire and rim? Lots of places I checked online don’t appear to keep in stock.

Academy used to carry them. I know some trailer places have them on hand also.

I guess it all depends on the size wheel/tire and bolt pattern.

they sell everything boat trailer related and a lot of parts that will work for utility trailers and cargo trailers (brakes bearings hubs etc...)

look for house of hub caps etc.
There is one in Slidell on the I-10 service road near the service road entrance to that walmart, that has a whole back lot loaded with take offs...
