I was about to say that you forgot to mention one minor thing women are pretty good at.
I'd have a ridiculous gun safe; about 10' x 10' cinder block room with a humidifier and a steel reinforced door. And a badass liquor cabinet with some high dollar whiskey. And then a nice pool table, jukebox with a good sound system, and a nice tv.

I'd have a sick arse bar/kegerator setup and a bigass humidor and stock them both. Add a kickin sound system and TV and spend whatever's leftover on LSU and outdoor memorabilia. If there was a pullout couch in it I would just live there
