Tire shops that makes deals for takeoffs?

Probably a long shot but was just curious if that was a thing. Bought a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra, and thinking about new rims/tires. Got a couple hundred miles on these, and was curious if any tire/wheel shops make deals on packages and keep the factory set to resale?
Just trying to figure a way to keep these from collecting dust in my shop or having to try to sell them.

I always sell my take off wheels on craigslist. I lost the add for the same price it cost to buy them new, no tax. They sell within a month or two each time.

Can't hurt to call around. If you are going to buy rims and tires from them and try to get what you can for the OEM stuff, they may work a deal with you.
Tire shops around me do sell retreads and used tires but I don't know if they offer much, if anything, when people come in for new sets and some of the rubber is still good enough for them to sell. But they probably don't see many folks coming in with what is basically a brand new tire with rims.
Good luck.

I’d be interested in purchasing if they are 18” wheels off of a 4x4

I bought a brand new set of Wranglers that way. Paid $200 for the set of 4, only had 230 miles on them. Tires should be easy to get rid of, rims...... not so much.

They are not worth much, I buy used tires if I get a sidewall flat or for some beater cars and they sell for around $50 retail. So you are looking at maybe $200 and more likely $100 for the tire.
Does your vehicle have a full size spare? If not, you can probably sell the rim fairly easily in singles online. Reason being is a lot of people ruin them or want a regular rim to replace their donut spare. Again not worth a ton either though.
Your best bet honestly is probably to try and get one of your small time tire shops to just flip them. Buy them from you and resell them themselves. Basically like a pawn shop, may try them too speaking of.

I don't think you are going to get much, if anything from a tire shop. They often do sell used tires, but they are generally something that someone has replaced and they don't sell them for about $40. If you are trying to sell a basically new set of tires, your best bet is to sell them outright.
