Will mainly be using to weld some fenders and a license plate bracket on to a little home made trailer that I am trying to make street legal. Also could use to make brewing equipment, etc. Anybody had any luck with these?

I bought the Northern Tool Brand Klutch 140A mig welder. Have had it 2 years and no issues so far. Bought it during one of their sales.

Pops has that one. It works fine. Just know that you’ll be taking breaks frequently if you’re actually building something. For short welds on 1/8” stuff it’s handy as hell.

I've read good things about the Vulcan line of welders, only complaint is the duty cycle. I'm still hoping for a Fronius TransPocket 180 will make its home in my shop soon.

They are ok for small jobs around the house. I wouldn't take on a big project with it. I am not a fan of the innershield wire but it does the job. If you can hold off and get a better machine, that's what I would do.

Just about any 120v welding will have that really short duty cycle. Just the nature of the beast. As long as you understand the duty cycle and keep it from tripping the thermal protection the welder should work just fine.
