Just about rapping up the "new" mini me. It's 47" long, 11" center bottom, 14 1/4" center top with 5 1/4" sides.
Add of course, what's a picture without a foot.
Should hold a case of beer and ice.

Hey Fish
I noticed many of your posts are at "gawd awful" times, ie 3:00, 4:00 or 5:00 am. Is the clock in your pc messed up or is the clock in Fish messed up?

What y'all think of me lite painting/rubbing this green on, but still be able to see the wood grain. I will varnish it with a few coats after.
Just waiting on the glue to dry on the handles, trim and a lite sanding after. The wife thinks that I'm keeping this one.

Fish or someone who remembers. Can you post the dimensions of this cut for the sidewalls?

Awesome!

Well, first off...
Don't use the exact dimensions of those in that pic... You'll end up with 1 side that's 16ft long and the other 12ft.
Right Wick?

Sounds like someone had a measure once cut twice moment?

Nope, cuts were proper... The table location was jinxed...

Yep... Cuts were proper...
It was some kind of bermuda triangle thing going on with that table.

Those were 14' 6" long. The side was set to be 10".
Mini me #2 has less then 5 minutes sanding and then what.
Still don't know if I will do that green.

They were 14'6" point to point. Sides were set for 10". The angle was set to were one measured at the ends, down 13", then out 7" on both ends. Draw a straight line at the bottom from end to end. On the short piece of plywood, measure at the top 68". With a straight edge at that point, measure 10" down. From there, stand a 1'x2" on edge from the bow angles at the bottom, bend the 1 x 2, keeping the ends at the bottom of the angle up to the 10" mark and draw a new line. That is were the arch is coming from. Once cut, transfer it to the other side.
FYI! mark everything on your "c" grade side and always cut from the "c" side. Set your skillsaw to were the blade is just enough to cut thru the plywood. That helps keeping the "a" side from busting up.
Have anymore questions, ask here or email me at pirougebuild@gmail.com and I will pass a phone number to you.

What was the tapper from one end to the middle to the other end?

13' 4".
Setting up the arch is the most important thing.

All answers are in above post.
Put two pieces of plywood on ground c side up and butt them together.
Measure 13" to the inside from the edge on both sides. Do that at one end and at 14'6" from that same end.
Now measure on the factory edge 7" from each end of the 14'6" making the factory edge cut diminsion 13'10" . Draw a straight line from those marks back up to the first marks.
The curve is offset with the 3" max declination peak of the curve 68" from one end and roughly at the location of the splice.
Now you should have a trapazoid shape that has a short side of 13'10 and a long concaved side roughly 14'6" long.
