I find the old billboards much better to get made into boat covers or lumber covers, or whatever else you need to cover and leave for a while. Only problem is they do not breathe so you have to add in vents.
the old ones with a lot of fiber are tough to find material keeps getting thinner...

That sounds like a good deal also SS. Will you deliver in person?
Fish, I am packing up this evening and departing mid day tomorrow.
What all do I need to bring? A lot of things have been suggested.
For sure packing:
Clamps
Hammers
gloves
protective eye wear
hearing protection
bug spray
chairs
folding sawhorses
thermacells
the box of nails
hand planes
belt sander and belts
some wild hog brawts
a box of each size S, M, L, XL, nitrile gloves
camcorder and tripod
SLR camera
Can bring if needed:
table saw
compound miter saw
Extension cords
halogen lights
heat gun
circular saw
reciprocating saw
drills
random orbiting sander
finishing sander
paint brushes
an extra tripod
A hog shoulder or ham
Fans one 20" box and one 20" industrial
Frame for outdoor garage without tarp 10x20
like this but just the frame (would need to take apart here first)
Not sure if I missed anything but if so add it to the list. I have damn near any tool you can think of.

Also Fish I assume you will send us an e-mail at some point to let us know where we are going exactly? I will bring anything we think we need or will pick it up so just let me know.

that may be the best beer drinking related venue ever constructed. I cant wait for the play by play, I am not sure I have the craftsman chops to build one, but would love to try one day. The good news is there will be about 10 dudes that will know how after you teach em.

What's the height under that tent, Fish?

Hope so. Hard to tell from the picture.
Can't wait!
Checked the forecast a lil while ago. Shows a 40% chance of rain Saturday.

About 10'6" center and drops down to 8'
Been watching the weather close too! I think we will be alright with a few breaks in between T storms.
