Im ok with what ever you guys want to do. I don't want fish having to do anything though. I can smoke a pork shoulder or two and bring that and some bbq sauce and a couple loafs of bread and I will have peanut butter and jelly on hand for my kiddos of course.

I have four pounds now...When I told fish about 290 to the pond he said that would be extremely close...so I ordered another 2 ponds to make sure everyone had enough...so we'll have 14 pounds for 11(?) pirougues...

...don't forget to check your email

I am good with anything for food. If Fish has a smoker I am find with bringing stuff to bring and forget or we can pot luck for dinner also.

A gathering should have good food...

Kind of dragging bad today. Nothing new. They can't put off my infusion till Thursday. Had to take a 3 hour nap again today.

No big deal. Come Thursday, I will be ready.

OK, one thing I didn't bring up. Please leave all dogs at home. Mine are very protective of the yard towards any other animal. They will pack up in a heart beat. Other then that, they will just bark at you as you dive in the drive way.

BP, I don't know so much about her cooking. Always told her that her cooking kind of sucks. No two meals look alike, but all taste the same. But I have it give it to her, she still try's.

I agree...but lunch should be simple and not consume much of the build time...there are some that will be trying to finish that day...I'm in no hurry as I'll be camping out, but others may not feel the same...

maybe save the good meal for Dinner when everyone is done...

What are your suggestions Wick?

No masks, but I have a couple boxes of gloves. I will pick up a few packs of plastic cups for mixing.

eng08 brought a bunch of deer/pork sausage Saturday that I will have the wife just throw on the pit for lunch and serve with buns. I will have something cooked for Saturday night.

I was wondering what he was turning around for....

Btw are we going to use the saws much more? Might be worth it for everyone to bring some ear plugs. Totally slipped my mind to bring some Saturday and I used fish's last pair. I'll bring a handful with me, whatever I have left in my shooting drawer.

I also talked with Fish and offered to cook and he again said he had it covered. I will bring some deer/hog sausage to go in the mix for lunch. If we prefer I'll get a couple of trays of finger sandwiches. Like others I am good with the will of the group.

I can put together a pot of jambalaya. It's not a problem. I also have some deer sausage if that is the way we want to go.

We need to keep lunch simple.

Feeling a bit better this morning. So, I will build some post for a tent today. Nothing fancy, just something to get the job done. I just need to go pick up a few 2x4's and 1x4's.

If you want to do that for Saturdays dinner. That would be great and save me a bunch of time Thursday or Friday. I will pay for it.
