I mean lets get real here.

Harry Reid voted against it. It was that obvious which way the winds were blowing. They overstepped HARD. Some of them know what that means. Some don't obviously, but some are dumb as frick. Most are not. They're just deluded and ignorant.

I think it's calming down -- I've actually seen 9mm & .40 ammo at Walmart at noon --- twice.

And I've been buying .22 LR from a couple of online distributors over the past few weeks (Mini-Mags and Federal).

Absent another school shooting, I think things will continue to settle down.

The Newtown parents will continue to deal with their grief by pushing for legislation. That's an understandable reaction. But Sarah Brady has been behaving like a loon for decades, and she's accomplished zero.
