I agree with the size. Hunted with a guy with a Henry maybe 30-30 last month and it looked like a toy gun. I wouldn't have wanted to shoot my 45-70 bullets out of one if the 45-70 is the same size.

45-70 is a dumb round to shoot in 2022. The only exception might be as insurance in Alaska.
