Anybody have one? Like the idea of being able to swap barrels.

I have one in .35 Whelen. Good gun but it’s not stupid accurate. Good enough to kill any deer though. Just not going to raise eyebrows at the range.

I've owned one. I had 3 or 4 barrel set ups for it. Accuracy was so so. You could usually find a factory ammo that would get around 1" at 100. Definitely not going to win any contests but they were accurate enough to hunt with within their limitations. With all the well priced accurate rifles being produced today the switch barrels aren't near as popular as they use to be

Are you planning on having multiple scopes on the various barrels?

I have one. I find it to be accurate enough to kill deer as well as any other rifle. I feel the barrel changing aspect is a little overrated but I enjoy the fact that the action allows me to have a 24" barreled high power rifle that's as maneuverable as a carbine.

I have one and it will shoot one inch all day long. I have a 45-70 barrel for it and swap for primitive season. I like mine but I also like my bolt guns and lever guns. It was not meant to be a do all gun for me but it could be.

Well, I had one and had just a nightmare of a time with it.

I could not get it to hit paper twice.

even at 50yds. It was all over the place. I got rid of it and got a Ruger American Predator in .308.

If you research you will see that some of those gun have severe accuracy problems. It can be fixed but it will cost a decent amount to do so.

The T/C Pro Hunter uses an Encore action. Single shot actions like the Encore can be very accurate, depending on the quality of the barrel. I only have 2 Encore handgun barrels (22-250 Improved, custom barrel by Bulllberry and 250 Savage, factory barrel). Both are very accurate. Unfortunately, I've never really fallen in love w/ either barrel and have instead transitioned to hunting w/ Remington XP-100 specialty handguns. Before the Encore, I hunted a lot w/ T/C Contender handgun barrels. I still have prob > Contender barrels. Although I bought them w/ the intention of changing barrels, I ended up buying multiple receivers so I didn't have to change barrels. The Encore CAN be a good platform, depending on the barrel. There've concerns about T/C quality after S&W bought them. If you're concerned about acccuracy, you can buy a custom barrel that doesn't cost much more than factory. Factory barrels are commonly sold individually over the 'net.
