Suppressor Question

A guy is building me a 300 Blackout with suppressor. He asked if I wanted a screw in suppressor or do I want it built in to the gun. Which would the OB say is best?

Screw in. I would not want the integral.
Some states would not let you hunt with it.
Screw in will also let you put it on any other 300 you get.

Screw in. Integral is cool for military rifles and that's about it.

Just stopped by and picked everything out. The screw in will add too much legnth to the gun so I think im gonna get the one built on.

Can you put the 300 blackout upper on any lower receiver?
