These aren’t available for sale in the US for civilians. ATF sold it to the Colombians as part of a drug war program. Some dude in Colombia sold it to a civilian and drug dealer in BR gets it. Bad arse machine gun.

Are you sure thats what they're saying? FN has a plant in Columbia, SC so its likely the SCAR is stamped with Columbia.
Found this about the H1 serial #:
The drug running story is definitely more interesting though.

Similarly the H1 guns have more material on the underside of the receiver, I’m guessing as another deterrent for the full auto components.

Yeah, they're made over on Clemson Road. I've got friends and family that work in there. Very cool facility.
The SCAR Heavys are not made there, only the SCAR lights. Along with M4s and I think they're still making 242s and a crap ton of barrels there.
Most people are not aware that the Sabre PSA barrels are cold forged FN barrels.

Dude, let me copy and paste the exact same thing I posted in the other thread when you claimed this was a cartel weapon.
Nah, bruh, the SCAR rifles are built in Columbia, South Carolina and have "Columbia" marked on the receiver.
Our local LE probably read "Columbia" and immediately thought of the country.
You lost me at "Assault Rifle"

This gun isn't available for purchase in the US. I bet some army guy in Columbia sold it to him.

For more than 40 years, FN’s production facility has been located in Richland County, South Carolina and has produced more than 1 million small arms under contract to the U.S. Department of Defense. The company was originally established in the United States in 1979 and opened its doors in 1981 to produce the M240 medium machine gun, a variant of the FN MAG-58, under contract to the U.S. Army.
Currently, FN America employs more than 600 individuals to produce firearms, accessories and other adjacent products for the U.S. military, law enforcement agencies as well as authorized retailers. The company has produced the M4A1, M16A4, M249 light machine gun, M240 medium machine gun and FN SCAR under contract for the U.S. military as well as the FN 509 striker-fired pistol line used by U.S. law enforcement agencies like the Los Angeles Police Department and individual officers nationwide.

Where are you reading this? That's not a sub-compact. That looks like a full size FN SCAR in the lower left of that police photo.
The three SBR's in that photo look like AR15 platform.

I didn’t see it in the pic. Thought it was the SC 300 BO variant.

Although his other lifestyle choices are very dubious, I think he has good taste when it comes to firearms.

It says it right there, “Columbia South Camerica”
BTW, That’s a nice looking compact gun. The Colombians who make it are likely very proud of it.
