SPYPOINT--VERIZON

I have a Spypoint Evo with Verizon service. Long story short it all of sudden quit transmitting (pic, status etc) on August 1. I have been round and round with their customer service (1-hour wait per call)since. They ended up exchanging my camera for a new one. It came in yesterday and it will not transmit either.
Rep said they are currently experiencing Verizon issues. I've read online that blaming the carrier is usually their out to get off the phone. Is anyone else experiencing issue with Spypoint Verizon?

I have had more problems than I thought possible with my SPYPOINT good luck. They work great when they work

I do know this, if batteries get under around 30% it stops sending pics

Yeah knock on wood,,, me and a couple of buddies have 5 or so total between us for 3-4 months now an no issues.

Another thing that gets me is I have one in a spot where I have zero cell (Verizon) service but camera has 4 blocks

i have a spypoint link dark verizon and got pics an hour ago. Battery at 35%, but i have 5 bars

mine have worked well when they worked. Brand new camera, batteries, and sim card. I guess they are out of excuses so they are blaming Verizon.

I have 2 Micros and 1 has worked perfectly since day 1. The other would send the 1st 5-10 pics then quit altogether. The green light would come on when it detected motion but wouldn't even have pics on the sd card. I took it back to academy last week and got another. Same exact thing was happening...I changed sd cards and voila...now it works perfectly. It's sent 350 pics in the last 2 days. I even tried re-formatting the other card and it still wouldn't work.

I have 3 that stops transmitting. Appears it corrupted the sd cards and wiped them out.
I never thought I’d have this much problems out of them.
These are with Verizon, but I think it has more to do with the sd card rather than the cellular network

I had a problem and replaced the sd card and it fixed my issue. As far as customer service, I go through their Facebook messenger and it is much better than calling them.

I just go to check one that hasn’t transmitted in 5 days and showed 0% on the sd and 0 pics this month. All of a sudden, it took 12 pics today! Who knows!

THANK YOU——it was the sd card. Worked fine in other non cellular cameras but not my SPYPOINT. I have been battling them since August and not one service rep said to try a new card.

Yes. I formatted a card I had and nothing. New card and it connected immediately
