Good stuff. I was going to say, I'd think they could camo up that camera a lot better. Add some 3d camo to it so it didn't stand out so much.

Let's be honest though, I'm guessing you are so full up with turkey's they could of screwed up a couple of times and still killed a couple a day. Good stuff.

Yeah. He cuts more than I thought he would. And yelps pretty loud. And, basically calls more than I thought he would.

Seemed like a blend of everything. I saw him yelp with his mouth call, slate call, tube call, and his Tall Timbers Gabriel box call. He didn't seem to have a favorite.

I sat behind him and purred and clucked softly on my slate and tried not to screw up.

He brought me a bag of mouth calls, two box calls, some appetizers, a steak for his camera man, and two bottles of wine. That and a handshake are all that changed hands either direction.

If you read Cuz Strickland's book, The Whole Truth, he talks about that. He says they call "too loud and too often" because it gets the birds worked up and making noise. It makes for better tv

If you haven't read that book and enjoy chasing turkeys, I highly recommend it

imo this sounds more realistic than any other calls.

Would love to see a pic of that old hammer double. Great guns!
