Picked up 70 this Tuesday on cuts draining out of the marsh, matrix shad

Been doing well up until last weekend. Stump, drum hole, muscle bay etc all seem to be productive.

Shrimp creole all day, 3/16 or 1/4 jig heads about 3 feet under a popping cork. They were definitely schooled up though, if you don’t get decent action within 5-10 minutes you’re in the wrong spot. Keep moving til you find them.

Killed the trout this morning and big trout in Lake Borgne rights by Bayou Biloxi. Caught a limit of reds and flounder in Bayou Biloxi too. Best fishing this year for this area. Big Top water plugs for trout and live shrimp for reds/flounder.
