I would appreciate any input into this club. Specifically, how good is the deer and duck hunting? Thanks in advance.

Tight knit small group. Most have been members for 25+ years and extremely low turnover. Slim chance to get in.
Floods every year, not easy getting around.
I'd rather not comment on the wildlife.

Thanks for reading and responding to my OP. If you care to send me a direct message about the wildlife, I would love to hear about those issues. You can reach me at kargroup@charter.net.

Asking the internet

I must disagree. When I am planning to spend a significant amount of funds, I general do a great deal of due diligence. Asking hunters on this site and others, helps me make a better decision. Admittedly, I must weed to the BS.

The land is actually for sale. I would assume a new owner probably won't want a hunting club on their land.

Yes, I do know it is for sale and expressed an interest. I am just trying to find out objective facts about the tracts.

Certainly not a baller, I am just been real blessed. I did purchase some property in Madison Parish, and still looking around the Avoyelles Parish area. I am interested in Spanish Lake Hunting cub tract, but as with the Avoyelles tract, I really cannot get much about harvest data on those properties.

The reason, I buy these properties is that me and several of my friends take wounded veterans and special need individuals hunting. With that said, it is important for these tracts to be easily accessible and productive.
