Well, is this the last season?
Or is Discovery just gonna keep paying Hayden's attorney's fees?

I would think this is something Discovery was hoping would not get out.

Wow, what and arse! The guy pays $10,000 for 10% ownership and Will just decides to transfer all assets to a new (similarly named) LLC. That is some low-down business dealings. If he said that to me I would have punched him in the face!
What a douche bag!

Well,
We know what to do now.
Spread the word. I wonder if the Sons of Guns mssg board children would understand any of this?

I would guess that this will end up eventually killing the show and the business.
The BATF does not mess around and will not hesitate to prosecute the hell out of somebody who transfers ownership of firearms without properly documenting it.
I know of a case in Volusia County, Florida where they prosecuted a WWII Bronze Star veteran for failing to file properly for the sale of one gun. All it takes is one (anti gun)US attorney who needs a conviction stat and he is toast.

They better settle with that guy quick, b/c that's clearly fraud. I wouldn't be surprised to see the IRS involved before long. You know there's some "fuzzy math" goin' on over there!

Yeah,
When I was reading the suit, I thought "this guy is screwed". Worrying about who is banging that daughter of his is the least of the guy's problems.

This will not end well for Good Will Hayden.
BTW I plan to quit watching the show now.

The BATF will go in and audit him and shut his business down. They can really have a lot of power and even if you lawyer up and beat them, they end up bankrupting you in the process.
In Orlando, we have a very popular gun store with a range where they rent guns. They have mad multiple cases happen where customers rent a gun and then off themselves at the range. They are taking some serious heat over it right now. The anti gun camp would love to justify shutting them down over it.
This is nothing compared to RJF not being able to account for 10 guns. If they ever end up being linked to a crime, it is over for them.

I knew I hated that sob, he just came off as a complete pos and know we know he really is.

I'm gonna watch just to see this train wreck with the prior knowledge of Will's arse being grass.
I understand why that cocky a hole walks around with such a stick up his butt now.

Wow, crazy stuff brought up in this thread.
I'm anxious to see how it all plays out.
I assume this will be the last season of Sons of Gun and Red Jacket will cease to exist within a few years.

May be able to get a cheap AK pretty soon when the fire sale happens!
Must be the bad ju ju of the old Torrance audio building Red Jacket occupies! There definitely used to be some shady dealings going down over there.
I remember when Will got robbed one time on Choctaw. I came to the range the day after. As is was signing in the guy working told me that someone tried to rob the place while Will was sleeping in the back. He chased the guy down and held him at gunpoint until the cops got there. At least that's teh story i got.
