someone needs to ask him about the burglary of his business a few years ago before he got on tv. a lot of shite was stolen. i heard it was really convenient timing also.
someone posted this earlier in the thread. i heard about a "robbery" there in the past as well. sounds like it may all be connected.

ut law enforcement sources tell us ... the Hayden's struck a deal with feds in 2010, in which the two agreed to surrender their gun-making licenses ... and in exchange, they could appoint a LICENSED person to take over the company.
It didn't take long for William and Stephanie to pick their successor ... they went with Vincent Buckles (pictured left) -- another gunsmith often featured on the reality show.
so the entire time the show was shot WIll was working for Vince?

Looks that way. I'm guessing without being able to carry thier own licenses they'll try to cash out and sell the company/brand. Hiring poeple that can hold the license for you is gonna cause more and more problems i would imagine.

gettin back to the robbery topic...are yall saying he orchestrated it and hid the guns himself? why do this?

oh i have no earthly idea about any of that. all i know is their was supposedly a robbery back when they were on south choctaw and a much smaller operation. why would they do that? plenty reasons.. do you know how much class III weapons sell for? a preban full auto AK will run $10k+.

Insurance fraud
It states that the guns could not be accounted for (maybe there's more details somewhere else) not that they were reported stolen. To me... that sounds like they got audited and got caught.
Perhaps the guns were sold illegally, for a very high dollar amount, much more than insurance would cover.

yea depending on what they were, 10 FA's could bring in over $100k i'm sure.

Hey times are tough! Dudes just trying to pay the bills
And a note at the bottom of the article says that Vince has left the business.
quote:
TMZ has learned Vincent Buckles has since left the company -- and two other licensed people are currently in charge of the business.

i am rather tired of covering it up. I quit red jacket 3 months ago.... a company that I was a partial owner in and started my own company. I just got my buyout money the other day and back in november I formed my own company. If anyone wonder why i have been edgy lately its because i am tired of waiting for TV to tell the story.
vince posted this last night on failbook.
