my guess is they did the same thing as they did at my house and just pushed it in the ground. no more than an inch.
More than likely. It didn’t help that he passed the box blade within inches of the hand hole.

I submitted one today. I need to order a pallet of zoysia now. Hopefully reserve the sod-cutter for the day before the pallet arrives.

I called when I recently replaced my clay tile sewer line. The only utility co. that showed up was Atmos Gas. No shows At&t, Comcast, and City Water & Electric.

Good luck getting city depts to show up and locate. Municipalities can exempt themselves from locating as part of dig laws. It’s the stupidest thing.

they have 2 working days. After that if you hit something, it's on you.
The hell it is! I did what the law requires me to do. I waited the amount of time required, and they didn't respond in a timely manner. That's on them.

Interested to know how it goes. Have the same problem. Unfortunately Topedograss roots can run up to a foot below the surface.

I'm going to scorch the shite with roundup twice before cutting the sod. Then I'm replacing the centipede with zoysia. I'd prefer to go back with centipede, but I don't want to end up back where I started in a year or two.
