Union and morehouse had a feeding ban recently and I think sales of corn and rice bran actually went up

LDWF tested more than 200 deer in Tensas and Madison Parishes for CWD (from volunteer DMAP clubs) this past deer season, so I would be very surprised if they kill nearly as many as they did in the spring of 2019. They will probably kill some in the immediate area of the infection and that’s it.

I didn’t hunt tensas or big lake or buckhorn this year but I would imagine they were taking samples during the either sex hunts to test for CWD
