I've always heard that wild turkey is so much better than store bought Butterball types to eat.

I like the breast meat cut into strips and fried. Haven’t figured out a way to eat the leg meat and like it.

Slow cook them then debone and put into a Mexican soup. Meateater cook book has an awesome recipe.
