I'm not seeing the yellow tails, possible it's a nest of cottonmouths that are just starting to turn and haven't fattened up yet. I've seen coppers that were darker like that but, I assume all subspecies have the yellow tail at that age. I don't think there's a rattler in the bunch after zooming a bit, it's definitely one species of snake.
ETA; I retract, they may be juvy water snakes, the hatchlings are looking very similar to those.

That one looks the most like a brown banded to me. I'm starting to think that's what they all are with just shade hitting them at different angles. I find it hard to believe that that many snakes of similar size would be clumped up like that unless it's a fresh nest of the same species.
eta: and they all seem too long and thin to be rattlers, but I could be wrong

I've seen it happen when water falls drastically. That one is the one I'm most sure about. Broad bandeds don't have those fine lines. They are more blotched.
