Anyone here have any experience with browning shotgun shells. I'm partial to drylok, but just finished my last case of them and don't like the new price of almost $350 per/case. Seems like the browing shells are at a reasonable price at Macks PW

I bought some a year or so ago that had some bismuth in them for my 20 gauge.

Those jokers will wreck shop.

I have killed several turkeys with their TSS loads. I only bought them because I couldn’t find federals.

Hopefully they've corrected their ways, but this was not a fun morning in the blind. This batch must've produced several squib loads. They replaced barrels for myself, and others I know of.. Luckily no one hurt. Just can't bring myself to trust them anymore. Sorry.

ETA: This occurred about 5 years ago. They admitted faulty batch of loads, replaced my 1100 barrel, and bought back every box I had of that batch of shells

How did that happen? Did you shoot first shot, it get stuck then, you fire second shot? I have heard of that happening before like that.

Yeah, pretty much. Several of us were shooting at a flight iof ducks that came in, so several guns were going off at the same time and I didn't hear that the first shot wasn't normal. I think the wadding stuck in the end of my barrel. Next shot KICKED, and rung everyone's ears. No idea where those pellets went.

I started reloading my own shells, and that is what I am scared of.

I bought a case of them this year because they were $16.99/box.

Perform about as well as any of the other shells in that range. I am too poor of a shot to justify any of the mid/higher tier stuff.

Never shot their shotgun shells. Their rimfire ammo sucks. I thought it would be great because it’s browning. Misfires, one shot snaps the next sounds like it’s a CB cap. Will not buy again.
