Why do you say that? I have a 2005 model and its been great. People like to complain about the wiring but theres not a boat out there that wont need wiring fixed at some point.

Yeah I would love one of the newer ones with a 400 and the other changes. This only goes 52 at WOT with the 300

guess I should have said a 2014+ and not a POS

no if people would read and comprehend that a 2014 or newer doesn't not include a Kenner boat as they quit making them years before. the old makers of kenner boats are frontier and they only make 2 sizes 18 and 21 i think and not too mention a blackjack boat is extremely over priced. So yeah I actually get what your saying .

My uncle had one that I fished out of for years in Venice. It was nothing but problems and cheaply made. But as they say, you get what you pay for so it should have been expected.
1) We stepped through the forward fish boxes as they were paper thin decking.
2) gel coat was busted to hell and back all over boat
3) wiring was not great and had to be completed reworked within 3-4 years
4) had to rachet strap the t top down one day riding back tiger pass
5) boat rode like an unbroke mule
6) hardware was cheap, likely from the wrong side of China

The only plus to the boat was a Yamaha on the back ( never had motor trouble). He was happy to sell it and move on to a more quality built boat. It cost him.
I’m glad your has worked out. I’m sure they have made some decent ones.
