This is a great looking boat. I have a question though. I was always leery of getting the "tower" on my boat due to concerns with lightning. Is it true that the towers now have to be made of fiberglass?

I know of zero mfg's of glass t-tops or towers, you heard a wive's tale. Have also never heard of any direct strikes to tops but outriggers have been hit.
Who told you this nonsense?

Care to reveal price? No problem if not.

I have a few sportsman models that I’m looking at ranging from 20-22 upwards of 56,000 with motor and trailer

they are either powder coated hard tops or canvas soft tops...the hard tops i assume are fiberglass? Poles are aluminum.
