Awe hell man that's fricked up. Surely they won't can you for that shite.
Only thing on my record, note that caveat, is something similar. There's some really stupid laws in this country and some really stupid cops with the option to enforce them.

I'm not sure i'm the best of us but I have had a couple slight disagreements with the State. All alcohol related, which is why I no longer drink.

Yep, we have a nation of 100% lawbreakers. I'd say somethings wrong with the laws. We really like arresting and citing people.

Even asked one of the cops if he would drive me to a vacant parking lot and let me sleep in my truck and he wouldn't. They may not have given me a dwi if I had driven off but I wasn't gonna take that chance. A misdemeanor disturbing the peace charge is a lot better than a dwi.
Besides my job, they taxed the frick out of me. 300 dollar bond, 200 to get my truck from towing and when I got to my truck my wallet was on the hood of it and empty. Had about 180 in there so I'm sure someone is getting some new shoes now

shite man, my first run in was a DUI when I wasn't driving (keys in possession while sitting in the car) and the money they extracted from me was ungodly. Over %18,000 direct costs. Not counting income lost.

Have a few people working on limiting the damage. Interesting thing was I was never fingerprinted, or run on the AFIS and put in the system. Also when I bonded out I wasn't given any paperwork.
I'm disappointed in myself the most for having the bad judgment and putting myself in a position where this could happen.

That's fricked. Sounds like a fundraiser. shite happened to me in Fayetteville. Parked at a restaurant where we ate and drank til almost closing. Went to some other bars and came back and they were towing my shite. I showed them my reciept and the basically told me to get fricked and I could come back and appeal it in court. Had to pay a few hundred to get my truck back, but I got those frickers back. REAL GOOD.

Yep. Out raising funds. You did right not driving. If you got a DWI, you would be done.
