Started a butt on the kettle at 9:30. Resting now. Just pulled some deer sausage off that I had made from my son's first deer. First time trying a local processor and it's pretty dang good. Millers and Sierra nevadas.

I putt a small, 6.5lb pork butt on my egg at 8:30 this morning at 250 and this damn thing is just getting to 190. The 165-167 stall lasted for what seemed like 3 hours. Nuts

Mine was ~8lbs and took about 7hrs. I wrap in foil at 160 and then get it a little hotter to keep things moving.

Smoked a pork butt on my Weber kettle. Put it in at 9am, wrapped it at 3. Pull it off at 6pm.
Made pull pork sandwiches with coleslaw.
Did yard work and worked out in between checking the temp and spraying the pork down.
