Heading up to the lease outside Liberty for the next few days. Has anyone seen any chasing yet? Wondering if it's time to sit all day?

I love when I ask myself the conscious question of ""did you proof your post" and my booze brain responds "Nah...I'm sure you typed everything correctly"....I will say the "chafing" autocorrect seems strangely appropriate based on this awful weather.

I'm curious as well of they've began rutting. I'll be headed to Waynesboro for a 5 days starting tomorrow. Gonna be nice to finally get out of Louisiana for some hunting

Where at in Liberty? My dad stepped out from opening presents today and shot a nice 9 point.

Off of 584 between winding Road and Patterson Road. About 4 miles SE of town. That's encouraging. Was he hunting in woods or over plot?

I live 11 miles north of Liberty . The deer are plentiful on the side of the road between 3am and daylight. I saw probably 30 between the house and liberty this morning on the way to work. We haven't been seeing much while in the woods but I have a feeling that's gonna change in the next week or so with the cold weather coming. I am off the Meadville Rd.

We are a few miles south of Liberty. I haven't heard any reports of chasing yet. Saw some good scrape activity two weeks ago. I'll be up there next weekend for sure. Killed a nice 8 chasing last year on the 7th.

I hunt 6 miles east of Centerville. Seen two bucks trailing does and couple of other scent checking foodplots even in the warm weather

Saw a spike and a 4 point chasing does at two different stands about 2 miles away. Anyone else seeing anything??

Full on in Gillsburg. A 150" deer was killed on river and plenty of other nice bucks have been shot chasing.

I'm more towards Gloster but checked a camera today. On New Years Eve ( the only day I worked that week and didn't hunt) o had 4 different bucks check a scrape between 7am and noon. One a big bodied mature buck I've never seen
