I highly recommend the model with the glass in the door and the digital remote control and meat probe. You smoke meat to its desired internal temperature, not an allotted time period in a recipe. I've learned that this year with my smoker.

I ran out of gas right after I put on my country style pork ribs. Second tank at my dads house. Damn it
