I highly recommend the model with the glass in the door and the digital remote control and meat probe. You smoke meat to its desired internal temperature, not an allotted time period in a recipe. I've learned that this year with my smoker.

I can do pretty good on my Weber kettle, but kinda want a dedicated smoker.

Looks divine Dodd. My ribs are now resting while the asparagus and venison bites are grilling. I have no idea who's eating all of this shite.

I ran out of gas right after I put on my country style pork ribs. Second tank at my dads house. Damn it
Cut them up and fried them in a Skillet. This thread got me all excited to just then bust my bubble
