From what I have heard/read, the PX4 line is either hit or miss, no in between. Either like it or can't stand it

When I bought my first handgun, I put an XD, a Glock, and a PX4 side by side by side, and shot them all. The Springfield felt more natural to me. The PX4 felt the most awkward.

You ask 10 different people what kind of polymer pistol to buy, and you'll get 10 different answers. Your best bet is to just start picking up guns and shooting. 20 years ago you didn't have as many options, but now, so many manufacturers out there make a great product.

don't know why but I am kind of anti Glock. They are great guns and I may get one but everyone has one it seems and my personality is to get something no one else has. .

The reason so many people like them is because they're so reliable and durable.
The whole getting a gun someone doesn't have makes no sense.... The reason people probably don't have it is because its crap

Me personally? I love my XD.

For you I would try each one, then make a decision

I have the PX4 Storm .40 ca. had it for about 15 years. Shoots straight, no complaints. Just bought a S&W M&P 9c, sweet gun, Might get a full size MP9 if I can find one at a reasonable price. But I really do like my PX4.

I have a PX4 SC in .40 and a Glock 23 in .40. Both great guns and fun to shoot. I really love both of them. I shot my PX4 for my CCL class and find that for what ever reason, I'm much more accurate with it. Its quite a noisy cricket though!

Never held or shot the Springfield, so I can't comment.
