I've never seen one that ice laden still floating upright.

A foot of snow will usually flip one, so I am thinking that is embellished.

Yes, kind of hard to see but the boats in the background don't seem to have nearly as much ice on them.

The red sailboat on the back right corner has a decent amount of ice, but nothing like this one.

If I could afford a yacht like that, I would have a dozen Alabama rednecks chipping ice 24/7...
