I use Muddy River Tactical's pocket holster for my S&W Bodyguard 2.0. Works great. Covers trigger guard & mag release as well.

Check out the Naked Holster.
I've got them in L and R hand draw. It's about as minimal as you can get and still cover the trigger.
That said I mostly use the same IWB fitted stuff everybody else does. Those clips are difficult to get on by comparison.
