I couldn't name it just looking at that picture. 
I need to put a little better glass on mine one of these days. Probably Leupold Rifleman when I do. I'm cheap tho. Mine has a Simmons that came with the gun on it right now. It's done the job thus far, doesn't pull in light worth a shite though

I charge cost of parts plus a bit for my time and work. I don't charge too much because it's a favorite hobby of mine and I have a blast doing it.
Time depends. I'm the kind of person who waits for the very best deals on parts. Once I have everything, it can take me about a week, depending on school and work, to put everything together.
