It's really not that bad since we don't go very far too often. 100 bucks worth of gas is more than enough for a day on the water. Also, it only has a 60 gal. tank.

Gonna burn some gas next weekend though for the Tickfaw 200 Poker Run

You would have to stop and gas up for a 200 huh? Seems like 2-3 mpg would be good in that rig.

Well, I'm not a fan of them in general, but if I were, I would consider the amount of shade to be small. If you can make a bigger one work, and want real usable shade, get a larger one. It's no where near as big as my friend's pontoon boat model.

The only time i'd want shade is when kids on board and then, i don't think the 6 ft does much for the shade... I'd say i'm leaning to 8ft then. Thanks.
