It does better than you would think because its heavy. 3/16 plate . But it's no v hull.. I fish the marsh in sabine and a few times a year on big lake .. I usually put in depending on wind and don't cross the open bay much.. I can run the marsh when there is 3 or 4 inches of the top of a crab trap sticking out of the water.
